Shipping & Returns
UK Delivery only at the moment.
Jack and Jemima aim to send out deliveries within 48 hours and delivery is estimated between 3-5 days. This may change during busy periods, But if you need it for a specific date and you’re concerned about this please feel free to email us at : jackandjemimashop@gmail.com with any queries.
If you are not perfectly happy with your item, or if it is damaged in any way, we would ask you to please return it within 14 days of delivery to the address on the delivery note you will receive. You will be responsible for postage costs for any returned items. We will endeavour to process any refund due within 14 days of receiving the item back from you.
Jack and Jemima will make every effort to ensure that the items you receive are in fact the items you ordered, but please bear with us if we get something a little bit wrong! We are learning on the job!

Do you ship outside of the UK?Not at the moment I’m afraid, we will ship to the UK only until further notice. We will use Royal Mail first class post.

Do you stock older age range clothing?At the moment we aim to stock babies’ clothing up to 12 months of age. We may well expand our range as time goes on, but at the moment we stock younger babies’ clothes only.
