If you are not perfectly happy with your item, or if it is damaged in any way, we would ask you to please return it within 14 days of delivery, please contact jackandjemimashop@gmail.com for return address details. Please be aware that under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, completely unmarked, free from any odours and in original packaging with tags still attached. You will be responsible for postage costs for any returned items. We will endeavour to process any refund due within 14 days of receiving the item back from you.
Jack and Jemima will make every effort to ensure that the items you receive are in fact the items you ordered, but please bear with us if we get something a little bit wrong! We are learning on the job!
